Vegan Wonton Soup

A comforting veggie-centric bowl.

Handmade wontons filled with a carefully balanced mixture of bean curd, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, glass noodles, and jicama served in a light, savory kombu broth. Freshly squeezed spinach juice is rolled into our house-made dough to give these wontons their vibrant, verdant hue. Garnished with green onion and a drizzle of sesame oil.
